Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of basic subnetting.
• Knowledge of OSI Model.
• Positive, motivated learner with strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Customer-service mindset focused on reliability and user experience.
• A desire to improve skillset by earning industry certifications (We pay for them!).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical, documentation-first approach.
• Comfortable following standard operating procedures for imaging, deployments, and supporting workflow with suggestions for improvement.
• Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability in resolving issues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize issues based on severity and SLA impact.

Position Summary This is an ideal opportunity for a recent technical school graduate looking to get their start at a fast-growing technology company. A NOC Imaging Technician is to provision and stage endpoint and network hardware, maintain documentation and inventory, and manage shipping and receiving. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our headquarters location in Melville, NY.
