Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Manufacturing team on the night shift in Jackson, TN. You will supervise the shift, manage resources, and ensure high throughput while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment or equivalent management experience.
• Experience applying lean principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in the specified departments to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
• Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain records, monitor attendance, conduct performance evaluations, and advise on advancement or disciplinary actions.
• Track department processing per schedules and production goals.
• Audit productivity and quality to meet established standards.
• Identify root causes and take corrective actions.
• Provide thorough pass-downs to incoming shifts and management staff.
• Keep senior management informed of issues affecting service levels.
• Ensure consistent quality assurance with the Quality Services team.
