Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day shift operations at the Jackson, TN site, including interviewing and orienting new associates and ensuring a safe, productive onsite operation.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with MS Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. It also offers a comprehensive benefits package and a rotating 3-on/4-off schedule with weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, at least 2 years of related experience.
• MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Communications skills, both oral and written
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, and mentor Group Leads and associates
• Track and report daily attendance
• Track and report associate performance and conduct
• Assist with recruiting efforts, orientation, and training
• Assist with payroll approval and processing
• Complete regular safety checks and complete accident reports
