Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Production Supervisor at the Oxford, NC site to lead daily line operations and mentor a production team.

You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with QA, HR, and other functions. The role notes shift hours 7:00am - 3:30pm and base pay range $70,000 - $85,000 per year.

Employees receive medical/dental/vision benefits, 3 weeks of vacation, and twelve paid holidays annually.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering preferred; relevant experience may count.
• 5–7 years of production supervision experience required.
• Experience with FDA–GMP environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership.
• Knowledge of production equipment and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for the assigned value stream.
• Provide direction, schedules, training, and mentoring.
• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with QA, HR, and other sites as needed.
• Maintain line uptime and meet production targets.
