Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking an onsite machinist who will set up, adjust, and operate a wide range of machining equipment to produce close-tolerance parts. The role requires inspecting finished parts, documenting results, and quickly identifying any defective workmanship.

You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while following all SOPs and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and setting up machining equipment.
• Ability to inspect machined parts and document results.
• Ability to identify defective workmanship and report issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate machining equipment to manufacture close tolerance parts.
• Load/unload parts, cycle machines and run production quantities.
• Detect and diagnose malfunctions, report to leadership and adjust as needed.
• Create procedures for production processes and test new tools/methods.
• Maintain clean, safe work area following 5S standards and safety rules.
