Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a Machinist I to produce precision components using CNC and manual machines. You will set up, program, and machine to tight tolerances, reading blueprints and specs, and collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations to optimize processes.

The role requires an associates degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in machining, strong problem solving, and the ability to work independently in an onsite facility in Radford, VA.

• Program and operate CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Set up machines, fixtures, and tooling for accurate production.
• Interpret blueprints and specs to determine methods.
• Choose feeds and speeds for machining operations
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections for accuracy.
• Maintain tight tolerances across complex operations.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and identify defects.
• Collaborate with Quality and ME teams to ensure quality.
• Design/modify fixtures and tooling as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and safety compliance.
