Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an onsite CNC operator to set up and run CNC machines within a dedicated cell. The role requires precise machining, blueprint reading, and strict adherence to quality standards on a 6am–4pm, Monday–Thursday schedule.

The wage ranges from $23.66 to $26.80 per hour with raises during an 18-month training period based on performance. A high school diploma or GED is required; the job is onsite with PPE provided for safety.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CNC setup and operation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and related equipment in the cell.
• Mount, align, and secure tooling, fixtures and workpieces.
• Monitor machine performance and inspect finished parts for conformance.
