Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a skilled machinist to perform CNC setup, inspect parts, and maintain production flow in a fully onsite manufacturing cell. You will read drawings, operate lathes and mills, and support lean practices to ensure safe, quality-driven operations.

You will train team members, move materials, and use process controls while collaborating with engineering to meet customer requirements. Physical demands include lifting up to 75 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Requires strong interpretation of blueprints and process prints.
• Proficiency with micrometers, bore gauges and other gauges.
• Ability to make minor program edits and tooling adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines for diversified operations (machining, milling, turning, grinding, riveting).
• Move materials to ensure constant product flow and quality.
• Read process documents and communicate clarifications to supervision.
• Train team members and apply Lean practices while maintaining cell records.
