Job summary

Tarragon Property Services is seeking a Site Training Specialist in Sumner, WA. You will lead hands-on onboarding for multifamily site staff, develop targeted coaching with regional leaders, and build role-based training paths for Business Managers, Leasing staff, and admin teammates.

This role requires 5+ years in multifamily management and 2+ years in training, with LMS and MS 365 proficiency. The position is primarily on-site with up to 70% in-office work, offering full benefits and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multifamily property management with coaching/site development experience.
• 2+ years in training facilitation.
• Proficient with property management systems and LMS; strong MS 365, SharePoint and Teams.
• Experience with Yardi, RentCafe, MeetElise, Aspire and related AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for site office staff (Business Managers, Leasing, admin).
• Partner with Regional Managers to identify training needs and coach daily operations.
• Develop role-based training plans for site administrators.
• Coach staff for current roles and expanded site responsibilities.
• Create and reinforce SOPs for site office functions.
• Measure training impact via feedback, results, and audits.
• Support adoption of new systems and policies with materials and instruction.
• Oversee compliance training via Aspire and similar platforms.
• Assist audits of lease files, notices, renewals, and compliance.
• Source training resources for site operations and compliance.
• Monitor industry practices and tech changes; recommend updates.
• Deliver webinars, in-person sessions, and site visits.
• Expected on-site 60-70% of the time.
