Tarragon Property Services is hiring a Site Training Specialist to onboard and develop multifamily site staff and administration teams. You will partner with regional leaders to identify needs, craft role-based training plans, and deliver hands-on sessions both live and virtually.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in multifamily management, 2+ years in training, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work with substantial on-site time and a focus on process standardization.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience including coaching or developing site teams.
• 2+ years of training facilitation experience.
• Experience with property management systems, LMS, MS 365, SharePoint, Teams; familiarity with Yardi and RentCafe preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical information.
• Ability to draft or edit training materials (PowerPoint and live training).

Mansioni

• Deliver hands-on onboarding and ongoing training for multifamily site staff (Business Managers, Leasing, etc.).
• Partner with Regional Managers to identify training needs and provide targeted coaching.
• Develop role-based training plans and learning paths for site roles.
• Provide coaching for current roles and for expanded site responsibilities.
• Develop SOPs for site office functions to improve consistency and staff effectiveness.
• Evaluate training programs using feedback, performance data, and audits; implement improvements.
• Prepare training materials and support system-wide adoption of new policies and platforms.
• Oversee compliance training and audits; coordinate with HR, Compliance, and Systems teams.
• Identify practical training resources for site operations and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain awareness of operational practices and regulatory updates; update training as needed.
• Develop and deliver recurring webinars, in-person trainings, and site visits on related topics.
• Expected on-site 60-70% of the time.
