Job summary

Tarragon Property Services L.L.C. is hiring a Site Training Specialist to lead onboarding and ongoing training for multifamily site staff. The role focuses on coaching, SOP development, and targeted coaching with regional leaders to close performance gaps and improve operational processes.

The position requires hands-on training delivery and strong communication skills. Location is Sumner office with up to 70% on-site work. A Washington driver’s license is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience.
• 2+ years of training facilitation experience.
• Experience with property management software and LMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on onboarding and ongoing training for multifamily site staff, including Business Managers and Leasing staff.
• Partner with Regional Managers to identify training needs and provide targeted coaching.
• Develop and maintain role-based training plans and learning paths for site staff.
• Provide coaching to site employees in current roles and for expanded responsibilities.
• Develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for multifamily site offices to improve consistency.
