Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Petersburg, VA properties. The role focuses on keeping units safe, comfortable, and well-maintained, with strong emphasis on resident service and timely repairs.

You will inspect units, manage routine maintenance, and coordinate with managers to ensure high-quality living spaces. EPA-certified HVAC and related skills are valued. On-site work, weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in multifamily maintenance or technical trade school is valued.
• Knowledge of housing and safety regulations is important.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document security deposit deductions.
• Report billable service charges and lease violation fees.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to resident requests in a timely manner.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain tools and shop areas.
• Coordinate with Service Manager and other team members.
