Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of maintenance experience, and a willingness to work weekends and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and building codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair multiple systems in multifamily properties.
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready inspections to ensure readiness within target timelines.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Keep detailed records and reports of work orders and safety checks.
