Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained at The Residences in Philadelphia. You will handle service requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance with a focus on quality and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting move-ins/outs, managing make-ready timelines, and coordinating with the Service Manager to uphold safety and standards across properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints, sketches or financial reports.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document security deposit deductions.
• Complete reports and work orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain full make-ready process for vacant units within listed timelines.
• Perform snow/ice removal and maintain common areas.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as scheduled.
