Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Baltimore, MD. You will perform full maintenance tasks, manage unit turns, and help keep our multifamily communities safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

The role requires at least 1 year of multifamily maintenance or a technical trade background, EPA certification, and willingness to work weekends. A valid license and tools are needed to succeed in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience OR technical trade school.
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Must own basic maintenance tools.
• Experience/training in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and refurbishing required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs and maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain properties to high standards and complete make-readies on schedule.
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document deductions.
• Complete reports and enter work orders accurately.
• Follow safety practices and attend trainings.
