You will solve practical technical problems and manage diverse systems across sites. Ideal candidates have MSP experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and are comfortable on-site, with after-hours or weekend obligations when needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience beyond help desk.
• Experience in a managed services MSP environment.
• Strong real-world network troubleshooting skills.
• US work eligibility.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to NYC area.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across client environments.
• Lead IT projects from planning through execution.
• Provide in-office and on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Support client environments involving POS, AV, networking, and access control.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced MSP setting with demanding client needs.
