Qualifications

• Experience with internal systems and MSP environments.
• Strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet research.
• Clear and tactful communication with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Train branches and onsite staff on internal and MSP systems.
• Enter and audit MSP accounts, time, and expenses weekly.
• Collaborate with MSP to collect overdue payments and maintain standings.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly MSP audits and reconciliations.
• Set up MSP accounts and issue credentials to branches.
• Handle MSP inquiries, order entry, and general questions via phone.
• Provide training to offices and travel for onsite sessions.
• Support accounts receivable and assist with invoice processing.
