Job summary

AppFolio is hiring a Concierge - LiveEasy to serve as the primary contact for homeowners during their moving journey. You will provide personalized services, coordinate resources, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

This onsite role runs 10am-7pm EST at our Dallas location and offers tier-based commission in addition to hourly pay. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service or concierge roles, with CRM experience and the ability to upsell

Qualifications

• Provide personalized service and guidance to homeowners throughout moving journey.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, to manage expectations and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for homeowners during the moving process.
• Coordinate moving-related services, utilities, and home services with vendors.
• Proactively reach out to clients to ensure needs are met and offer support.
• Track and manage client requests and maintain CRM records.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to enhance the moving experience.
