• Experience in outbound calling and sales.
• Strong phone communication skills and a professional, friendly tone.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
• Educate movers on available home services and help them make informed decisions
• Build trust and rapport with customers to create win-win solutions
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Log call notes and customer interactions in Salesforce
• Work closely with teammates and leadership to continuously improve
