Job summary

Move Concierge, based in Texas, is hiring an energetic sales professional to join our growing team. This role starts onsite with potential for hybrid work and offers an OTE of $80,000–$100,000 with uncapped commissions. You will educate movers on home services, build trust, and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

Experience in outbound calling and sales.
Strong phone communication skills and a professional, friendly tone.
Ability to ask the right questions, listen well, and overcome objections.
Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in your role.
Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Resilience and a drive to hit your goals, even on tough days.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
Educate movers on available home services and help them make informed decisions
Build trust and rapport with customers to create win-win solutions
Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Log call notes and customer interactions in Salesforce
Work closely with teammates and leadership to continuously improve
