Job summary

Move Concierge is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of inside sales professionals connecting customers with home services as they move into new homes.

In this player-coach role you will spend about 10% of time selling, participate in onboarding, and drive revenue through coaching, data analysis, and KPI management. You will build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across a 10–25 person team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience in inside sales or contact center.
• 3+ years of high-volume sales with proven goal attainment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong coaching, data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–25 inside sales representatives.
• Maintain a high-energy, accountable sales culture.
• Conduct daily huddles and regular one-on-ones.
• Identify, interview, and hire top sales talent.
• Use data to drive action plans and improve results.
• Drive monthly revenue, conversion, and productivity goals.
• Own KPIs, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product.
• Ensure compliant processes and escalation handling.
