Job summary

AppFolio is seeking a Concierge - LiveEasy on-site in Columbus to serve as the primary contact for homeowners moving journeys. You’ll coordinate moving services, utilities, and home services, guiding clients with personalized support and proactive outreach.

This inbound sales role offers hourly pay with tier-based commission, a 10am–7pm EST schedule, and opportunities to upsell services while maintaining CRM records and delivering a seamless moving experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or concierge experience.
• Experience using CRM systems for client records.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for homeowners during the moving process.
• Provide personalized guidance on moving services, utilities, and home services.
• Proactively reach out to clients to ensure needs are met.
• Coordinate with vendors to arrange home services and utilities.
• Track client requests and ensure timely follow-through.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
• Conduct post-move follow-ups to gather feedback.
