Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a Mobile Device Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for mobile devices, ensuring secure access to tools and services. The role serves as the primary contact for device issues and manages device lifecycle activities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of enterprise mobile support, Workspace ONE administration experience, and a strong understanding of iOS/Android security practices. Arlington, VA onsite with a standard 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of relevant mobile device experience, or 9 years’ combined education/experience if no degree.
3+ years hands-on support of mobile devices in an enterprise environment.
Experience with Workspace ONE (UEM) administration and troubleshooting.
Experience in government environments is a plus.
Strong understanding of iOS/Android operating systems and enterprise mobility security.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for mobile devices (iOS, Android, tablets).
Administer Workspace ONE (UEM) including enrollment, profile management, and compliance enforcement.
Assist end users with apps, connectivity, accounts, and security settings.
Perform device imaging, updates, and asset tracking.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain mobile security compliance.
