DigiOffice in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a sharp, self-directed Intune Endpoint & Mobility Engineer who thrives in complex enterprise environments and doesn’t need hand-holding to get the job done. This is a hands-on, on-site role supporting a national logistics and transportation operation where device uptime is a business-critical requirement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on enterprise endpoint and mobile device management.
• Strong production-level Intune / Endpoint Manager expertise.
• Hands-on VMware Workspace ONE UEM / AirWatch experience.
• Azure AD administration and conditional access experience.
• PowerShell for troubleshooting and automation.
• Android Enterprise and iOS/iPadOS device management.
• Ability to operate independently without step-by-step direction.

Responsibilities

• Full administration and troubleshooting of Intune and Workspace ONE across Windows, Android, iOS.
• Windows Autopilot provisioning and endpoint lifecycle management at enterprise scale.
• Device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Entra ID / Azure AD device administration, conditional access policy execution, and Zero Trust enforcement.
• PowerShell scripting for device remediation, compliance automation, and lifecycle reporting.
• Tier 3 escalation and independent resolution of complex cross-platform endpoint and mobility incidents.
• Support for ruggedized field devices deployed across logistics, terminal, and fleet operations environments.
• Participation in change, incident, and problem management activities via ServiceNow.
• Technical documentation including runbooks, device inventory, and policy registers.
