Job summary

DMI is seeking a Mobile Device Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for mobile devices across the organization in Arlington, VA. This role enforces mobile security standards and serves as the primary point of contact for device-related issues.

Responsibilities include managing Workspace ONE (UEM), device enrollment, and profile management, assisting end users with apps and connectivity, and maintaining asset tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or equivalent combination as described.
• Three years of hands-on experience supporting mobile devices in an enterprise setting.
• Experience with Workspace ONE (UEM) administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for mobile devices (iOS, Android, tablets, and peripherals).
• Administer and support Workspace ONE (UEM), including enrollment and profile management.
• Assist end users with mobile apps, connectivity, and security settings.
• Perform device imaging, updates, replacements, and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with IT and security to maintain mobile security compliance.
• Respond to and resolve mobile support tickets promptly.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and configurations.
• Suggest improvements to mobile support processes.
• Support onsite events requiring mobile configuration.
