Job summary

DMI in Arlington, VA is seeking a Mobile Device Support Specialist to deliver on-site support, configuration, and troubleshooting for mobile devices across the organization. You will manage Workspace ONE (UEM), enforce security standards, and ensure reliable access to mobile tools for end users.

The role requires a background in enterprise mobility, strong communication skills, and experience with MDM platforms. This is an onsite, full-time position with a daytime shift in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience where 1.5 years of experience can be used to account for 1 year of higher education.
• Three years of hands-on experience supporting mobile devices in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Workspace ONE (UEM) administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android and enterprise mobility security practices.
• Experience with drafting knowledge articles and user guides.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for mobile devices (iOS, Android, tablets).
• Administer and support Workspace ONE (UEM) including enrollment, profile management, and compliance enforcement.
• Assist end users with mobile apps, connectivity, and security settings.
• Perform device imaging, updates, replacements, and asset tracking.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and support activities.
• Respond to and resolve mobile support tickets in a timely manner.
