Job summary

Target is seeking an Engineer to support a large mobile device infrastructure, spanning headquarters, stores, and distribution centers. You will manage device profiles, MDM configurations and ensure security, reliability, and scalable patterns across Android and iOS platforms.

You will collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Support and Development teams, lead hardware upgrades, and provide advanced engineering support to ensure optimal device health and performance nationwide.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience in technical troubleshooting and hands-on enterprise work
• MDM expertise with managing large fleets of devices and policy enforcement
• Experience with Android and iOS device platforms, security, and patch management

Responsibilities

• Support a large mobile device infrastructure across Target stores and distribution centers
• Lead configuration, installation and maintenance of mobile devices
• Manage enterprise device profiles, MDM configuration and compliance
• Improve availability, reliability and stability of hardware platforms
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Support and Development teams
• Plan and execute hardware/software upgrades
• Provide 3rd line engineering support to customer support teams
• Analyze monthly incident trends and SLA adherence to improve stability
• Support on-premise and cloud-hosted MDM solutions for iOS and Android devices
