Job summary

NuAxis Innovations in Washington, DC is seeking a Mobile Device Management Administrator to oversee deployment, configuration and support of enterprise mobile devices. You will ensure devices align with security policies and operational needs across the organization.

The role requires 2+ years in mobile device support, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and hands-on experience with iOS/Android management using MaaS360 and Intune, plus familiarity with Active Directory and enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in mobile device support and administration.
• Strong experience with iOS and Android troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage iOS and Android devices using enterprise MDM tools (MaaS360, Intune).
• Create and enforce mobile security and application policies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, assist end-users, and resolve escalated tickets.
• Document procedures, provide training, and stay up to date with MDM trends.
