Job summary

Arapahoe Credit Union in Englewood, CO is seeking a full-time Financial Service Representative (Member Service Representative) for an on-site role. The position focuses on member support, product engagement, and frontline transaction processing with emphasis on accuracy and clear communication.

Responsibilities include assisting members with banking needs, supporting IRA requests, and assisting the teller line with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with new account setup and banking relationship management
• Strong relationship-building skills to anticipate and meet member needs
• Superior communication in person, phone, and writing
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members in person and over the phone
• Spot cross-sell opportunities and promote ACU products/services
• Support members with IRA requests
• Improve department operating methods and procedures
• Determine when BSA documentation is needed and submit it
• Assist teller line with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Maintain accuracy in member interactions and transactions
