Job summary

Air Academy Credit Union in Parker, CO seeks a Northern Member Service Representative II to assist members with everyday banking and increasingly complex financial needs. You’ll help with loan applications, account servicing, and daily branch operations.

The role emphasizes listening to members, explaining options, and guiding decisions while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Training, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered in a full-time, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of related experience in financial services, sales, or customer service.
• Comfort handling cash and completing transactions accurately.
• Ability to learn credit union systems and digital banking tools.
• Ability to work branch hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with everyday transactions and more complex account needs.
• Open personal accounts and explain products and services.
• Guide members through consumer loan processes from application to closing.
• Perform loan maintenance, corrections, and payoff information.
• Support ACH and wire needs, including origination and stop payments.
• Address debit card questions, disputes, and card loss or replacement.
• Handle complex account maintenance and fraud transfers as needed.
• Assist with deceased member accounts with Admin Support.
