Job summary

Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Associate for an on-site role in Denver, CO. You will be the heart of the member experience, welcoming guests, setting up the office for the day, and ensuring a warm, productive environment where people can do their best work.

You will manage supplies, assist with IT or wifi issues, help design signage for events, and onboard new members into our systems so their first day is seamless and memorable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of operating printers, dishwashers, coffee/food prep and related equipment.
• Health and safety compliance with cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first face in the office: brew coffee, set breakfast, stock shared amenities.
• Proactively manage inventory and order location supplies.
• Create and design signage for events to enhance the member experience.
• Add new members into multiple systems to ensure a seamless first day.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues when they arise.
• Support local marketing events to communicate the value of Industrious' solutions.
