Industrious is seeking a hands-on Member Experience Manager to run a location on-site in Boston. You’ll be the anchor for the community, connecting with local businesses and delivering an exceptional day for members.

You’ll organize events, solve problems, and embody Industrious’ consultative approach to helping members achieve their goals. You’ll engage with a broad network, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and represent Industrious with professionalism and warmth.
