Job summary

Industrious is seeking a hands-on Member Experience Manager to lead a premium on-site location in Delray Beach, FL. You’ll connect with members, solve daily challenges, and ensure a seamless, welcoming atmosphere that powers exceptional days at work.

You’ll identify member needs, plan engaging programs, and partner with the local business community to deliver programs members love. Represent Industrious as the trusted local ambassador and drive a memorable experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
• Capable of operating machines / appliances as necessary, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for Industrious members.
• Identify potential members and deliver exceptional days at work through consultative sales.
• Plan and execute remarkable events and manage behind-the-scenes execution.
