Responsibilities

• Be the first face guests see, preparing the office each day (coffee, breakfast, shared amenities).
• Proactively manage inventory and order location supplies.
• Create standout events and design signage to enhance the experience.
• Add new members into multiple systems for seamless first-day onboarding.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Participate in local marketing events to showcase our value.
• Give in-office tours with the Member Experience Manager when needed.
