Qualifications

• Experience independently managing and executing meetings.

Responsibilities

• Locate and set up tables and chairs for registration and food/beverage areas.
• Confirm that content is displayed on-screen at the start of the meeting.
• Collaborate with the local Huntington teams and theater managers to ensure a seamless event experience.
• Assist with registration as needed.
• Monitor the meeting to ensure guests receive the appropriate menu selections and that service remains compliant with client requirements.
• Ensure guests are not overserved and that the program remains on schedule.
• Assist attendees with the completion of required post-event surveys.
• Dismantle and store tables, linens, and chairs at the conclusion of the event for vendor pickup.
• Check auditoriums during the theater test period to confirm that all equipment is functioning properly with clear audio and video before attendees are allowed to enter.
