Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support the Workplace Health & Safety program at a Tremont, PA site. The OMR will perform first aid, guide associates on injuries, coordinate referrals, and help manage workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work processes within a safety‑minded team.

The role requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials, and willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by an approved ECC provider.
• EMT or Paramedic certification from DOH or NREMT is required.
• Athletic Trainer certification (BOC or state) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work programs.
