Job summary

Amazon Whitestown, IN fulfillment center seeks an Onsite Medical Representative to join the Workplace Health & Safety team. You will assess injuries, provide first aid, coordinate care, and guide associates on occupational health.

This role requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic, or Athletic Trainer certifications, OSHA knowledge, and experience with industrial wellness. You will document care, maintain records, and support return-to-work programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS certification current and valid, plus EMT/Paramedic, Athletic Trainer, or first aid/CPR/AED training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping
• Experience with industrial wellness programs and OSHA regulations
• Military experience as Combat Medic / Healthcare Specialist within last year (U.S. Army/Navy/Air Force)

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement
• Maintain all records of care provided to associates
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports
• Coach on safe work habits and ergonomics
• Maintain medical supplies and environment cleanliness
• Assist with CPR/AED/first aid certification training
• Maintain credentials and adapt to shifts including nights and weekends
• Support drug testing protocols and emergency response onsite
