Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team seeks an Onsite Medical Representative to deliver first aid, safety coaching, and urgent care guidance on-site. You will work with the WHS Site Manager and specialists to support Amazon Associates, participate in safety meetings, and help with injury prevention and care coordination.

The role requires BLS and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials, plus a degree in safety.

Competenze

• Current valid BLS certification from an approved ECC provider.
• EMT or Paramedic certification from DOH or NREMT upon request.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in safety related field.

Mansioni

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize AA injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all care records for AAs.
• Manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift-end reports.
• Engage with AAs and leadership on the operations floor to coach on safety.
