Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to join the Workplace Health & Safety team in supporting health and wellbeing for associates at the site. You will provide first aid, guide injuries or illnesses, and coordinate care with outside providers.

You will attend safety meetings, maintain accurate care records, and participate in CPR/AED training to keep credentials current. The role requires flexible shifts and a strong focus on safety culture and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Current AHA or Red Cross CPR/AED certification required or must obtain within 3 weeks of start date.
• Experience with occupational health and safety best practices is preferred.
• Able to assess injuries or illnesses and guide associates appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers when needed.
• Minimize risk through education and proactive engagement with associates.
• Maintain records of all care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with leadership to coach on safe work practices.
• Maintain clean environment and medical supply inventory.
• Participate in first aid, CPR, and AED training/certification.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
• Assist with saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response on site.
