Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to provide first aid, medical guidance, and in-house injury care for Amazon Associates at the site. You will coordinate with WHS leadership, perform case management, and ensure timely referrals to outside providers when needed.

The role requires BLS and EMT/Paramedic or athletic trainer credentials with a focus on safety, documentation, and adherence to OSHA standards in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• EMT or Paramedic certification from DOH or NREMT OR Athletic Trainer Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and referrals as needed.
• Manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Maintain care records and daily activity logs.
• Assist with safety operations and coaching on at-risk habits.
• Support training for first aid, CPR and AED.
• Maintain medical supplies and environment.

Education
