Amazon Whitestown IN seeks an Onsite Medical Representative to deliver first aid, assess injuries, and guide associates on occupational health. You will coordinate with WHS staff, maintain medical records, and support safety programs on a fast-paced fulfillment floor.

Ideal candidates bring BLS, EMT/Paramedic credentials, and experience with OSHA guidelines; familiarity with Microsoft Office and recordkeeping is a plus. The role requires flexibility across shifts and a commitment to safety.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required; EMT or Paramedic certification preferred.
• Athletic Trainer certification and OSHA knowledge advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize the AA risk of injury through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided to AAs.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs for injuries.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with AAs and leadership on the operations floor to coach on at-risk work habits.
• Maintain a clean working environment and ensure stock of medical supplies.
• Participate in training to facilitate first aid, CPR, and AED certification courses.
• Maintain all first aid, CPR, AED credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and support on-site safety operations.
