Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative in Rialto, CA to provide first aid, guidance on injuries, and on-site health support for associates. The role works with the WHS team to maintain safety programs and ensure compliant medical responses.

The candidate should hold a current BLS, EMT/Paramedic certification or Athletic Trainer certification, and have a background in safety or industrial wellness.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current valid BLS certification required.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification from DOH or NREMT required; Athletic Trainer Certification also accepted.
• Experience in industrial wellness or safety programs is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide first aid and referrals to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement on the floor.
• Maintain records of all care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Submit daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership on safety and health practices.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean work environment.
• Facilitate first aid, CPR, and AED training certifications.
