Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative to deliver first aid, risk mitigation, and care coordination for associates at the site. You will work with the WHS team and participate in safety and case management meetings, handling referrals and documenting medical interventions.

The role requires BLS and EMT/Paramedic or athletic trainer credentials, a willingness to obtain further certifications, and ability to operate in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an ECC provider; and EMT or Paramedic Certification, OR Athletic Trainer Certification.
• Must have EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification as part of basic qualifications.
• Willing to obtain BLS/CPR/AED certifications within three weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize risk through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to Amazon Associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work programs.
• Submit daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership on the floor to coach on at‑risk behaviors.
• Maintain a clean work area and adequate medical supply inventory.
