Job summary

Amazon Riverside is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative to provide first aid, triage injuries, and guide associates on health and safety on the site. You will work with WHS staff, attend safety meetings, and help manage occupational health programs in a dynamic distribution environment.

The role requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic certification or Athletic Trainer certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on safe work habits.
• Maintain a clean, stocked medical area and supply inventory.
• Participate in first aid, CPR and AED certification training.
