Job summary

Amazon is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative in Redlands, CA to provide first aid, assess injuries, and guide associates on health and safety matters. You will work with WHS leadership, handle referrals, maintain records, and participate in trainings and on-site safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and make referrals to external providers.
• Minimize injury risk via awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all care records for associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach leaders on at‑risk work habits and safety on the floor.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and environment cleanliness.
• Facilitate first aid, CPR, and AED trainings.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
• Assist with saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response and on-site care delivery.
