Job summary

The role requires BLS and EMT/Paramedic certification, strong OSHA knowledge, and experience with industrial wellness programs. You will also educate staff, maintain records, and support safety operations on site.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• EMT or Paramedic certification is required.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation is required.
• Proficiency in digital recordkeeping and MS Office is required.
• Experience with industrial wellness programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and engagement.
• Maintain care records and return-to-work coordination.
• Coordinate workers' compensation processes and logs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach on safe work practices with associates and leadership.
• Maintain medical supplies and a clean work environment.
• Support first aid/CPR/AED trainings and certifications.
• Flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
