Job summary

Amazon is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative in Monroe, OH. The role supports the Workplace Health & Safety team by providing on-site medical care, first aid, and guidance for associates on occupational injuries and wellness practices. You will collaborate with WHS leadership, maintain records, and help coordinate return-to-work programs.

ABL/OSHA familiarity and active licensure are valued. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, conducting trainings, and maintaining supplies

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Current valid BLS certification by ECC provider and EMT/Paramedic/NREMT credentials.
• Current Athletic Trainer Certification (BOC or State).

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and referrals to outside providers.
• Minimize injury risk through education and engagement.
• Maintain care records for associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach on safe work habits and engage leaders on the floor.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and environment cleanliness.
• Participate in first aid, CPR, AED training/certifications.
• Maintain first aid, CPR, AED credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
• Assist with saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response on site.
