Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• EMT or Paramedic certification required.
• Athletic Trainer certification preferred.
• Instructor certification in first aid/CPR/AED beneficial.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers’ Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and coaching.
• Maintain care records for associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift reports.
• Coach on safe work habits on the operations floor.
• Maintain medical supplies and environment cleanliness.
• Attend CPR/ AED/ first aid trainings and maintain credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days/nights/holidays/weekends.
• Support saliva drug testing protocols.
• Assist in emergency response when needed.
