Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to join the Workplace Health & Safety team. You will assess and provide first aid, guide associates on injuries, and coordinate with external providers as needed.

The role requires ACLS-aligned readiness, OSHA knowledge, and strong recordkeeping. You will support safety operations on a busy site with flexible shifts, collaborate with site managers, and participate in weekly safety activities.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and BLS certification.
• EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification is required.
• First aid, CPR and AED training certification is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.
• Experience with industrial wellness programs and ergonomics is essential.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers compensation is required.
• Military Combat Medic/Field Medic experience in last year is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and referrals to external medical providers.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift-end reports.
• Coach associates on safe work practices and hazard awareness.
• Maintain medical supplies and inventory.
• Facilitate first aid, CPR and AED certifications training.
• Ensure credentials for first aid, CPR, and AED are up to date.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends.
• Assist with saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response and on-site care.
