Amazon seeks an Onsite Medical Representative to deliver first aid, assess injuries, and guide associates on occupational health matters at our Monroe, OH site. You will work with the WHS team to review cases, refer care, and support OSHA/regulatory compliance.

Strong certification in BLS/EMT or athletic training is required, plus experience with ergonomics and recordkeeping. The role involves coordinating workers' compensation, maintaining logs, and training on CPR/AED.

Formación

• Inclinations: must have BLS, EMT/Paramedic or athletic trainer credentials.
• Experience with industrial wellness programs and OSHA/workers' compensation processes.
• Proficient in digital recordkeeping and health/safety documentation.
• Ability to teach First Aid, CPR and AED CPR/AED training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first aid and referrals to outside medical providers when needed.
• Minimize risk through education and proactive engagement with associates.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift-end reports.
• Coach on safe work habits and ergonomics with site leadership.
• Maintain medical supplies and a clean work environment.
• Participate in first aid/CPR/AED training and certification.
• Maintain credentialing for first aid, CPR, AED.
• Support flexible shifts including days/nights/holidays/weekends.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols.
• Deliver effective care during emergencies and assist site emergency response.
